Your clicks per month = list size x click rate x emails per month. We assume 100% of those clicks currently get no automated follow-up. Missed revenue uses a conservative 1% conversion rate on unworked clicks x your product price. Industry data shows click-triggered follow-ups convert at 3–5x that rate — we use 1% deliberately so this number is never inflated.
